WorkGroupFolders (Olfolders) is the solution for creating networks in Outlook. It allows a flexible groupware management without installing a complicated network server. The software allows cost effective sharing of data in Outlook 95 to 2007 and with all versions of Microsoft Windows.

Install OLfolders at any computer in your Outlook network, and turn this computer into a network server allowing two up to unlimited users accessing the data in real time. Depending on your configuration, even multiple OLfolders Server can run at different computers.

OLfolders can be used parallel to an existing Microsoft Exchange server, for example to share data in a small workgroup having their own shared folders without permission to create new shared folders at Exchange.

OLfolders allows company wide sharing of contacts, appointments, tasks, emails, journal entries and all other kinds of Outlook objects including user defined forms. Optionally certain folders and elements can be read or write-protected for certain users. Access to shared folders work exactly the same as access to personal folders, all features of Outlook are available in shared folders.

The integrated mail server for internal and external mail extends the functionality of OLfolders, it manages internal email transmission and connects to the internet in order to receive and send external mails, filters spam and viruses, delivers emails directly to shared folders.

With OLfolders, users can share data in Outlook with other users. Simply install our server application at any computer running Microsoft Outlook and access contacts, tasks, appointments, emails, ..... from any workstation via a network connection.
